The Service and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

All videos, posters, titles, synopses, logos and trademarks on the Service belong to their respective owners. WiFiDrama is independent: it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any studio, distributor or short-drama app, such as DramaBox, ReelShort, ShortMax, GoodShort or NetShort. Their names are used only to identify where a drama comes from.

Credits and subscriptions pay for the use of the Service — storage, bandwidth, indexing and delivery — and never for content. They transfer no rights in any video to you. Section 3 of the Terms of Service sets this out in full.

Titles, synopses, episode counts, languages, posters and other details are gathered from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Prices, plans and the dramas on offer can change without notice. Pages in languages other than English are translations; where a translation differs from the English, the English applies.

Any video may become unavailable at any time, for example when a rights holder asks us to remove it. The Service also depends on third parties we do not control — Telegram above all, and our payment, hosting and email providers. If Telegram restricts or bans our bot, group or channel, delivery can stop without notice (section 6 of the Terms of Service).

The Service links to, and works with, sites and services we do not operate, such as Telegram, Facebook, Google, Xendit and PayPal. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You use the Service at your own risk. Content is for your own personal, non-commercial viewing only. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service is lawful where you live, and for following section 7 of our Terms of Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiFiDrama and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including the loss of access, data or credits caused by a third party. Section 11 of the Terms of Service sets the limit of our liability.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
